Are you a legitimate business?

The answer is yes! There are many scams out there but Simms' Solutions is partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise matches agents (you) with real work-from-home clients such as Intuit, Carnival Cruise Lines, Disney, Home Depot, and so much more.

Is this a sales job?

While there are jobs you can choose from that do involve routine sales, there are additional job opportunities which mainly handle inbound customer service calls.

That's great, but what's the pay?

You ask, I answer. We usually have multiple clients at a time that offer anywhere from $9.00-$18.00 an hour. You choose who you wish to work for. 

Can I make my own hours?

Absolutely! Once you get through your class, your schedule is yours to make. 

Can I get fired for background noise?

While you won't get fired, the client may not offer you an extended contract--this is why it is recommended to purchase a noise-canceling headset.

Is there a fee to join?

There is only a $30 background check fee paid directly to Arise.

Are there any ongoing fees?

There is a $39.50 platform fee and admin fee of 10% twice a month (NO TAXES).

Will I receive a 1099?

Yes you will receive a tax form.
